How do I care for my ceramics?

Please avoid putting handmade ceramics in the microwave or oven. Hand washing with a mild soap is advised for gentle care and longevity of the glaze.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Shipping is calculated at checkout and is dependant on the weight of the order and the country it is being sent to. Please note that prices exclude taxes, VAT, and local fees. Buyers are responsible for any additional charges in their area.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Every piece is a labor of love, individually crafted and unique. As these often are limited edition and meticulously handmade, I'm unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind.

What if my order arrives broken?

I strive to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, but I understand that accidents can happen during transit. If your ceramic piece arrives broken, please reach out to me within 3 days with clear photos of the damaged item and the condition of the parcel upon arrival. Upon verification, I will issue a refund once the damaged item is returned. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
